As someone who does install and service on videx equipment I can't say enough about the technical support. They even called me back 10mins after we had finished the call with a fix for my issue. You don't get this level of customer service from other technical support lines. Thanks Videx.

Prices are competitive & products are easy to install with clear concise instructions. I have been using Videx's products for 20 years & they have never let me down. I have had an astonishingly great service from the team at VIDEX - ranging from the Sales team (Mabs was terrific), to the Returns team (Rob is an MVP), to the Estimating Manager (James!) and even to Reception and Marketing. We have an old VX2200 with some very old 901.D1 monitors that need repair/replacement and the VX2200 had a poor plastic viewing space that needed replacement. Not only did Rob give advice on replacing the handset monitors in a cost-effective manner, but fixing the VX2200 entry system and replacing the plastic parts that had been sooted up gave our ancient entry system new life and happiness. Way to go team for a great, long lasting product and an entire team focused on customer satisfaction and delivery - all during the slow month of August.

Guy from technical support was quite arrogant and couldn’t get me off the phone quick enough. Had much better service from Entrotec and GDX in the past. We’re not all door entry specialists, do your job and support people.
