Verisure Alarms for Home & Business Newcastle

We recently had our Verisure alarm system installed by Klodi, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Klodi was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire installation. He took the time to explain every part of the system in a way that was easy to understand, ensuring we felt completely confident using all of its features before he left. Nothing felt rushed, and he was more than happy to answer every question we had. The installation itself was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail and a real pride in his work. It’s rare to come across someone who combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service. Thanks to Klodi, the whole experience was seamless and stress-free. We now feel much more secure in our home and know exactly how to get the most out of our new system. A genuine credit to Verisure. If you’re lucky enough to have Klodi as your installer, you’re in excellent hands. Highly recommended – 5 stars!

Booked a Verisure appointment to have a free home security assessment and to discuss the security options available. Klodi the assessor/installer fitted a whole system there and then as we were really impressed with the equipment and Verisure services they provide. The installation was painless and very quick. The training on how to use the system was really easy and intuitive. Verisure have thought of everything and every scenario and they have it all covered. Could not recommend Verisure enough and especially Klodi the installer. Great guy.
