Vanguard Maintenance

I would highly recommend Vanguard for all your maintenance needs. Elliott Berry and the team did an amazing job with the painting and decoration of my buy to let property! They also installed furniture packs for each room and had my property ready to let within 3 days. Communication was great from the very start and has been super helpful still to this day with the maintenance throughout the tenancy.

Avoid. Clueless and couldn’t put a Lego house together! I hired them to put some units together, one person arrived took 5 hours to put one together, it was uneven with parts of the drawers upside down with nails sticking out, the unit was left with gaps between the drawers. Over a week and a half still no refund on my £50 deposit. I’ve had to buy another cabinet and pay for someone else to put it together as he destroyed it.

Elliott has been exceptionally helpful. Leo's attention to detail has my house looking amazing! would definitely recommend!

I couldn't recommend Vanguard Maintenance strongly enough! My previous tenants left the property in awful shape however Elliott Berry and his team got right to work and made my house beautiful again in no time. Thank you again for all your work!

Did some work in our flat recently, fitted our blinds and painted the living room. was a lovely gentleman will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.
