Universal Security Guards GB Ltd

Great company, good service but dealing with Danielle is nightmare!

I've used USG for over 12 years for major contractors on sites ranging from £10k to £110m and have always found them to be efficient, effective and extremely responsive. They always advise on the site establishment in a professional and helpful manner and respond to any issues instantly.

This company is a good quality company I used for a private event. The office was very professional and easy to deal with and the security guards were very professional. We had no problems. I recommend and use again.

Having used Universal for the past 20 years i feel as though it is about time i gave them a review, what i find with universal is that the directors are very professional in what they do within the company towards the needs of their clients, go the extra mile when ever i needed them to , the guards are always well turned out and always on time, and the office staff especially Danielle are on top of all matters when it comes to dealing with the site managers with any site issues that arise , I would definitely recommend universal to all my fellow construction friends and former colleagues

Very pleased with the work provided. Very professional and excellent value for money. Will definitely use them again.
