Universal Eco Homes

I cannot praise the work on my roof enough, it has made look like a brand new roof without the cost and hassle that involves.. really good guys who cleaned and treated the roof and walls. I would certainly recommend their work. If you do go for it. Say you heard from me and I can get a voucher 🤭. Just kidding, it really was worth doing.

Had roof cleaned and protection coating applied on 18th Feb 2026. Crew Dave & Marius arrived at agreed time (8am) friendly and efficient. Dave completed a fantastic roof clean, (could not believe how much moss and grime came off roof!) on what was a challenging weather day. Very windy and very cold. Roof looks like new! Marcus keeping equipment, covers where possible to reduce mess, hoses and water supply etc running to aid Dave to get the job done. Property being semi-detached and due to nature of very windy weather, was obviously unavoidable that moss and mess went everywhere. (I had pre warned neighbours) However both guys worked hard and cleaned up both mine and neighbours garden areas both back and front, windows washed etc. Leaving as least mess as possible. I have had several comments on how well and new looking my roof looks, from neighbours and passerbys. Again a good overall job done, well done guys. Look forward to many years of a protected, moss and grim free foof! Will have no issues recommending Universal Eco Homes.

We are so glad we used Universal Eco Homes for the painting of our house roof tiles. The finish is outstanding. Additionally Connor and Ben were very professional in all aspects of their work. Their attention to detail was paramount along with ensuring complete customer satisfaction. I would strongly recommend anyone considering having their roof tiles painted to use this company.

Great job the guys were very polite and friendly finished the installation within the two days in a professional manner. Would recommend. Hopefully this coming winter Will be warmer.

Gary came to see us on Monday 8/6/26 He was very friendly and professional and explained everything what he would do about our loft installation he took a video of our loft and showed us we definitely needed it done as you could see the fibreglass floating all around our loft. So we agreed on everything that had to be done and Gary arranged for 2 lads to come the next day to start and to remove old insulation and put new in which we were very impressed to think they could come that quickly. Unfortunately we can’t remember the 2 lads names but we want to say we were very impressed with their work, they were friendly and very professional they kept us informed about everything they were doing they worked really hard and when they had finished doing everything that day we couldn’t believe they had done it all. They even arranged to have the old stuff picked up the very next day on the Wednesday 10/6 We would definitely recommend you to our family and friends from start to finish everyone was brilliant even the young ladies in the office who were very friendly and brilliant too. Thanks again Debbie and Roy Prager
