United Protection (UK) Security Ltd

Absolute pleasure meeting the Guys from United Protection at the Download festival this weekend, they helped me and my friends when we got lost and ended up in the wrong entrance, it was much appreciated. Hope to see you next year

Absolute gems of blokes who were stationed by the skylark entrance at Boomtown 2024, helped me in a situation of dire need! Top blokes, thank you again for doing a great job and keep on with the positive energy!

Their security were going through people's tents at Liam Gallagher Knebworth before 9am when people were still sleeping or getting up to get ready to leave. Came back from toilets to find security in my tent. Security must be SIA certified, this man was not. They should also search in pairs not individually I challenged this man and he just kept yelling ay me that he was security which meant he was allowed. I work at festivals and know this is not true and repeatedly told him he was not allowed to enter without good reason. I couldn't get his number as his tabard was rolled up and quite frankly, his aggression intimidated me His supervisor came over and backed him up. They walked off and started making jibes at me chatting to the next group of people in their tents. If this wasn't enough, my Samsung Galaxy buds Pro were missing from my tent. I contacted United Security advising them I wanted to make a complaint and they didn't respond.

We use United Protection for Door Staff at our big nights. They always provide a great service with really good staff. Cant fault them at all and would reccomend to anybody looking for a quality security service.

You always get good standards with united Protection as they always find good quality sia operatives to fill what ever is needed to full fill any job required no matter how big or small this is a very good company and I would recommend united Protection for any business and venues the staff are great and the director of the company is a brilliant man if I could I would give this company 10 stars.
