Must of changed after these reviews absolute joke ocean city developments. We were told to leave our unit after grinding outside to cut steel down to fit our unit twice and given no time in between jobs to vacate. We then removed all valuable assets asap incase locked out and when they checked it over we agreed we needed to go back and clean which we did and the got our 800 bond taken off us for painting a floor. What a joke of a landlord. Stay away

Perfect unit for my little business. Nice clean, dry, warm, parking too! And secure, cctv inside and out of the building. Good rate and Pete is a great landlord. Hands on to help with any issues any tenants have had.

Rented a couple of units from Peter over 6 years and would gladly recommend him as a super landlord. nice clean, dry units and very secure.
