After returning from holiday we found evidence of rodent activity in our home. We contacted Riddex, and Antony was in touch within a couple hours. Within 48 hours we’d had a visit and put a plan in place. Antony was always reassuring and very experienced, and always with a smile on his face. Since his last visit we’ve had no signs of activity and all treatment appears to have worked. Would recommend Antony and Riddex.

I had a pretty awful rat problem at my house and was incredibly stressed about the whole situation, but from the moment he came out he was knowledgeable, reassuring and genuinely lovely to deal with. He was thorough, reliable and clearly really knows what he’s doing. He took the time to explain everything to me, kept checking on the situation and didn’t just put traps down and disappear — he actually cared about getting the problem properly under control. What I appreciated most was how reassuring and non-judgemental he was. Having pests in your home can feel really horrible and embarrassing, and he made the whole situation feel manageable rather than making me feel worse about it. After dealing with multiple rats, I finally feel like I can get my house back and that is honestly priceless! 😂 If you need pest control, I genuinely wouldn’t bother looking anywhere else. We were dealing with a collapsed drain which had allowed rats to get in, and once the drain was repaired we had a couple of rats trapped in our home. Pretty horrible stuff! Antony is friendly, easy to work with, and responsive. He kept us up to date throughout, gave us great advice and stuck at it until the issue was completely dealt with, using cameras to track activity and letting us know as soon as anything came up. Would absolutely recommend!

Riddex Pest Control came to us due to finding a wasp nest in our wall vent. I contacted them on Friday and they were with us by Sunday morning. Antony was very professional, friendly and informative and completed treatment within 30 minutes. After an hour, our wasp activity had stopped completely. Extremely efficient and fairly priced service, would not hesitate to use this company again should the need arise !
