Unique Design & Build

Unique Design and Build failed to turn up twice to booked appointments. They didn't phone or email to say they couldn't make it. They also did exactly the same thing to a friend of mine. It's incredibly frustrating when you take time off work / cancel plans and this company don't even have the decency to pick up the phone. Rude as hell! I'm only giving 1 star, as there's not an option to pick zero. Don't waste your time with these people. If they can't even manage their diary properly, how on earth can they manage to deliver a building project?!
