I ordered a ground-up deep clean of an 1850s' old house, just prior to mobing in, whilst the property was empty. Having contacted them (amongst a number of others) directly from a web-search, Rajinda quickly responded, asked details of what was being asked and provided a highly professional quote. The two guys that showed up each took a floor and were quite exceptional in the detail of their cleaning. Hands and knees, tooth brushes to get into even the hardest corners. A full days, deep clean. I can only be full of praise for the entire levels of service provided.

I have been using Ultra Home Services for about ten years, and have no hesitation in recommending them as a first-rate provider of cleaning services. The cleaners in their teams are polite and work unobtrusively , and on arrival get on with the job immediately. The team members work very hard indeed to achieve the results they do, and carry out each clean thoroughly and efficiently. The administration of the arrangements is equally good, being both efficient and responsive. I have found that Ultra maintains the highest standards and I am very happy with their services.

November 2022 - a brief update to my original review (below) left about 18 months ago. Ultra Home continue to provide a tip-top service every fortnight and I wouldn't be without them. A big thank you to all your hard-working teams. ------------------------------------ I have used Ultra Home Services (known as My Home when I first used their services) for more than 10 years. Every fortnight, without fail, they have provided an excellent service - even in difficult circumstances such as house moves, construction work in the house, and during the Corona crisis (once this was permitted after Lockdown no. 1). The work teams are extremely professional: thorough, quiet (no chatting whilst working), careful and polite. Management are also very helpful and professional, and always respond promptly to email.

I've been using Ultra for 8 month now and they are very professional. Most of the time they arrive promptly, but if they are running late they'll always call and let me know. The girls are very pleasant and always give my home a beautiful clean. I'm happy I've found Ultra to clean my house, P

We have been using ULTRAHOME weekly for possibly 5-7 years. They were very professional in first meeting and friendly. Each week there might be a different set of cleaners, but all have been approachable, friendly and do a great clean. We do a deep clean once a year. Very happy with the service we receive. Trustworthy and reliable would definitely recommend to others.
