UKWindowClean

Poor cleaning , just sprayed water on 2 windows, been 3 minutes at my property but should clean all 9 windows plus two doors, don't knock- just put through letter box bill for £10,I go outside to open gate that they can clean all windows from garden side too , but they already gone .Very poor customer service ,not listen where is problem, not replying to the emails, and poor quality cleaning. Not recommended 😕

Turned up a week later than proposed, left the gate open rather than putting it on the latch (which meant our dog escaped). Apparently closing the gate is something that has to be additionally requested. Quality of clean was low. When requested to cancel, they use cheap sales tactics and a series of hoops to jump through to try and retain custom, constantly making it difficult to cancel. Avoid at all costs!

I have used this company twice now and will carry on doing so. Very professional and respectful of property. Always excellent service, windows, French doors and a large glass roof always sparkle after a visit from UKWINDOWCLEAN.

definitely not recommended. most of the time they dont answer their phone number. I asked for cleaning my gutters, they only reply by emails, did not even come for a quote, they dont give you a specific day to come, the range is a week time. after sending many emails and calling many times as i have a gate in my house, they said they are coming on Thursday but they dont know at what time. in the end, they did not come at all. wasted my day off waiting for them to open the gate. what pissed me off the most is that they did not even bothered to call to postpone or apologies.

Excellent service. Turn up when expected and leave the windows sparkling clean.
