TSS (Total Security Services) Ltd

Disgusting Behaviour from 2 African Male Security Guards in Primark, TSS staff are not disability aware and lack any knowledge or understanding . In 2026 this is disgraceful. I will be making a formal complaint on this matter and ensuring the company is brought up to regulatory standards and compliance. I also intend to share my concerns and experience on many platforms.

Terrible customer service you get options after options on phone to be told by a bot please email. I got threw to someone once which they clearly could not be bothered to talk to me rushed me off the phone with the same emails the bot did. No response from emails but one saying they have sorted my issue whuch is false. And if you want a reference from them good luck you won't get one. Could have started my new job a month early but getting a reference of them is impossible.

Very disappointing experience. One of their staff members was extremely rude and unprofessional. I submitted a complaint and was told it would be investigated, but nothing was done. No follow-up, no accountability. It’s clear this company does not care about customer concerns. I would not recommend them.

Terrible and unprofessional requirement process like more than one person dealing you at a time and they don’t know what they are doing so hard to sign up with you would have a better chance at signing up with mi5

Darren at Tescos, Goodmayes, was wonderful in helping my elderly parents in store today. He went over and above his role to help them. Thank you Darren.
