Tss (Total Security Services)

So apparently you can't help or take complaints if I don't employ the security guard I'm complaining about? Myself and my partner were threatened with physical violence by one of your security guards, and when we call to complain (because apparently the morrisons you send them to don't take complaints about them either) we're told you will not hear us or take anything we say because we aren't the employer of the security guard. We were given your number and told to quote omar West mids and something would be done. How can you employ or allow your company name to be ruined by awful people? How can you allow a violent and threatening person who full on stalks the wrong people around the store intimidatingly to be trusted with people's security? Or security of any sort?

Craig Edinburgh manager is extremely rude and disrespectful and unprofessional.

Love to work again with TSS.
