T.R.U Event Security & Consultancy Ltd

We had the pleasure of welcoming Ian and Jody from TRU Events Security to deliver conflict management training to our team today. Ian brought a calm, professional approach combined with real-world insight that made the session both engaging and highly practical. He created a comfortable environment where everyone felt able to participate, ask questions, and reflect on their own experiences. The training was clear, relevant, and immediately useful—giving our team greater confidence in handling challenging situations safely and effectively. Thank you, Ian, for such a valuable and well-delivered session. Highly recommended!

Just completed DS Refresher course with Ian and his team. The content & knowledge delivery was nothing but outstanding & went above and beyond to make sure we all had the information & understanding to get through. Professional at all times and cannot recommend TRU Event Security & Consultancy enough for any training courses they provide. I have been in the industry for many years and was the most professional & informative I have been on in my career!! Definitely Highly Recommended

Excellent mechanical restraints course delivered by Ian who is a very knowledgeable, engaging and capable instructor. I came away with both new skills and a desire to expand my knowledge base further. Great value for money!!

Recently completed the Door Supervisor Top-Up and Level 3 First Aid courses with Tru Security. The training was professional, well organised, and delivered by knowledgeable instructors. The course content was engaging, relevant, and easy to follow. Highly recommend Tru Security for anyone looking for quality security or first aid training.

I recently used TRU, as we needed some overnight security as we were filming in Wincanton. They managed to sort a guard at quite short notice and everything went smoothly. The guard, Les, was great, and there were no problems at all. Would recommend.
