Trojan Security

Trojan Security completely exceeded my expectations. From the point of engagement, through their extremely detailed pre-event assessment of our venue and concert programme to the excellence of their frontline officers who delivered an outstanding customer experience as they performed their security duties. I am delighted to recommend Trojan Security to event organisers.

Trojan Security Ltd who were contracted to manage the SpaceNK opening event at Oxford Circus on 08.08.2025, did so very poorly. Whilst the staff were in full uniform and appeared professional, they were not focused on ensuring public safety and conduct in the queuing environment and they were acting in an unprofessional way, shouting at each other across the street and leaning against poles. I spoke to one of the members of Trojan Security to voice my dissatisfaction with how the queue was managed and that people were allowed to push in without challenge and the member of security did not have a clue, they were unable to respond to my concerns. There was also a customer who pushed in the controlled queuing environment and was reported by several customers having done so and the security did not intervene; this led to a confrontation and a customer being physically assaulted by the aggressor; all of which could have been prevented by proper crowd control and attention to the matter at hand by the member of security staff wearing a black bucket hat. Unfortunately despite SpaceNK employing an alleged 26 members of security from Trojan Security Limited for the store first opening day, the engagement with the public and management of the queue was poor and it has not shown the organisation in an impressive light. Having made a complaint to the company directly it was not handled properly by the staff and so I have made my complaint known to the organisation, SpaceNK, who chose to employ the services of Trojan Security Limited. I would not recommend this security firm to friends and family or other contractors.

Amazing team who I cannot fault at an event at Troxy. They were incredibly aware of everything going on and were also very kind and made sure I was ok throughout. If it wasn't for them, I could have got injured during the gig but due to their strong diligence I was kept safe and unharmed. They made me feel very safe and listened to. Thank you for your hard work!

I have been working with Trojan security with 2 pubs in London and they are fantastic, I deal with one guy - Enver - who is very personable and helpful. Would recommend 100%

Trojan Security response to our needs whilst we was on holiday was excellent. Quick no fuss good price and gave us piece of mind to carry on enjoying our holiday knowing our home was secure.
