T&P Cleaning & Property Maintenance

We were recommended Phil and his team to clear my father's home, in order to sell it after he was admitted to a care home. From the beginning, Phil was very helpful, explained everything he could and would do. We were unfortunately arranging this from 150 miles away so running a little blind as this was also all new to us. Phil out us at ease and arranged a pre inspection. His information was valuable and estimate was also good. Soon after Phil and his team cleared my childhood home making sure anything worth keeping was sent to a charitable organisation. he while house, attic, sheds and greenhouses were cleared and the day after his team cleaned the house top to bottom. Many photos were then sent to me showing their work. I am so pleased that we were introduced to Phil at T & P Cleaning. They were very polite, friendly, very helpful in every respect, trustworthy too and completed an excellent task all round. I cannot recommend T & P Cleaning highly enough. Phil took away a lot of our worry from our list of worrying things going on at the moment with my father who is 98 almost. Thanks to Phil the house sold within a day and many comments were made as to the cleanliness of it, which was all down to Phil and his brilliant team. Thank you all so much.
