Town & Country Cleaners Ltd

Lazy workers. Didn't clean our windows for 9 months at Collard House. Too lazy to arrange for keys to be onsite. On 3/10/22 new cleaner stopped vacuuming after 2 minutes. Shen asked she lied that Hoover was broken and other cleaner would do it. All staff and managers are blatant liars and lazy. 18.10.22 exterior windows above lounge not cleaned. Exterior of windows not cleaned behind 4 fire doors. They have been shown how to move door arms to fully open the windows.

I have been complaining for months about the shoddy cleaners in our block of flats that you have been contacted by grand union housing!! That us as residents pay for !! Please come & inspect this they have Just left spending a bare few mins here I have footage of them arriving & leaving aswell as footage of lack of cleaning!!

Very rushed and careless! Supposedly cleaned 2 bedroom carpets with mould treatment in less than 20 minutes. (They are still dirty) wouldn’t waste your time

2026, paul still works hard to keep the place clean even though housing tennants are disgusting. Only so much paul can clean. If he didnt clean the place would be disguting Paul who cleans at jasmine place is doing a brilliant job and for anyone who complains then is wrong because since he has cleaned the block since the other guy left he has been outstanding!!! Give him an award voucher keep going Paul.

Hired via our housing association but unfortunately poor service so far. Have spoken to one the company directors a few times, however does not seem to rectify the problems. Cleaners often do not turn up as per their fortnightly rota, and unless we call up to chase, nothing is done about it. In addition, the standard of cleaning is poor and there’s a lot of cutting corners. We pay a service charge for the service, which makes me extremely angry. It has come to the point where another cleaning agency is to be considered.
