Total Improvements Limited

Just recently had a single storey extension built by Wayne and his team, would highly recommend this team as from start to finish each and everyone of his lads where very professional and kept us updated on every stage of the build we even had extra work done to the full downstairs as the standard of work was second to none, Wayne comes across as a cheeky chappie but he certainly knows his stuff and is very passionate about his work taking every detail very seriously, would recommend this builder and his team . Absolutely 10 out of 10 Thanks wayne and your team job well done Jo and paul

One of their drivers deliberately holds up a bus today on southcoates lane whilst plenty of space in front of him and then gives bus driver abuse...a disgrace to the company.

Never showed up or phoned to explain. Job never got done by him, wasted weeks of time waiting and phoning him for nothing. Should have just said he can't fit windows.

would just like to thank Wayne and his team for the brilliant work they have carried out on our house, they were professional, polite, bang on target, and budget, we are extremely pleased with them, thank you so much and we would recommend total improvements to any one

Absolute joke of a company. Fly tipping in a residential area after working in a property is just ridiculous and i've seen them do it twice. Would not recommend this company if you actually want an improvement.
