Topside Facilities Management

Tracey does a fantastic job in both our houses at L'Arche and she's always so professional and always polite to staff and the people we care for(service users), always has equipment safely out of our way when we are working around her. Great professional ethics.

This is on behalf of Jim Fraser. Tracey does an amazing job of keeping his house immaculate. Does everything that is asked to be done. A lovely lady. Always on time too. Cant fault her at all. 100% reliable and efficiant.

Topside Cleaning & Facilities Management have been managing a holiday let for us for over a year now and I cannot recommend them enough. They are professional, hardworking, reliable, trustworthy, and provide an exceptional level of customer service. With their 24/7 call out plan it provides assurance and guaranteed assistance for us as well as knowing all our guests are looked after should they have any issues whilst in the property. Karol in particular has been invaluable to us. They always maintain a high level of cleaning standards; they treat the property with care and are a pleasure to deal with. They really do go above and beyond, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
