Heather Carpet Cleaning

The technician from Heather cleaning did a great job on the living room wool rug. Despite some wear to the rug, he was able to blast off five years of dirt and have it looking a million times better. It became clearer what a fantastic job he’d done as it dried. Office rug still has a few visible stains which are significantly improved. technician had nice friendly manner with my partner who was in when he attended, and he was really apologetic about not being able to have living room rug looking new - it is well used and no amount of cleaning can sort wear and tear!! Would use company again and would recommend to others.

Absolutely delighted!!! Had Connor out today and cannot praise the team at Heather Carpet cleaning enough! Our carpets had terrible staining and we were convinced we needed to replace them. So glad we got in contact with Heather carpet cleaning as the difference is seriously amazing… we can’t stop looking at the carpets and almost don’t want to put the furniture back! Everything from the initial correspondence, to the attention to detail, and of course the end result, was fabulous! We were given a quote super quickly, at such a competitive rate. So professional and worked so hard the entire time. Our house smells amazing now! Connor even protected our doors and standing wooden beam from the hoses which was greatly appreciated. We had the majority of the house completed and are over the moon with the results! Will definitely be using again🙏🏼🙏🏼 Thanks again Connor!

Had the team out today cleaning our bedroom carpets and leather sofa. The team worked hard all day and never stopped for a minute! I was worried about how the sofa would turn as I wasn’t sure it could be saved, but wow, absolutely amazing job. It looks brand new. The team also took additional time and care post cleaning to make sure I was happy with the job and went the extra mile adding a leather balm to the sofa after cleaning. Carpets all cleaned and smelling fresh too!! Thank you so much ☺️ would highly recommend!

Fantastic, start to finish. Entire team were friendly and professional, and they absolutely transformed the grubby, stinky carpets at our new rental. Great prices, too.

Had Mark out at my property after booking a service to deep clean my sofa and carpets the previous week. Communication with him was very efficient and kept me updated with ETA. Mark was thorough with his cleaning service and left my sofa and carpets looking as if they were brand new. Also smelling really fresh. Would absolutely use his services again and would recommend to anyone!!
