Top Villas

My wife and I were very surprised at the professional and easy way our request were handled by Top Villa. When I called, Jessica Hunsley answered right away. That was the first surprise, no buttons to push or hoops to jump through to talk to a person. Star number one. She was very personable, easy-going and professional. Star number two. She sent my wife and I for suggestions for a cabin in the Smokies, and they were all very good choices. We chose one right away. Star number three. There were no extra charges for top villas help, it was all in a total cost for the cabin, and having rented cabins in the Smokies before, I thought it was very reasonable. Star number four. Everything was handled quickly and professionally and they even sent us suggestions for dining. Five stars for Jessica Hensley and.Top Villas.

Excellent customer service from Lydia, who answered all my (many) questions patiently and accurately. This is my 2nd booking with Top Villas and I wouldn't hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend the company and Lydia.

Lots of back and forth (all my fault!) to get our Spring Break luxury rental booked for 2027. Shannon was fantastic, patient, prompt and answered all my questions and found us the perfect rental! Can't wait to go.
