Top Dog Window Cleaning Ltd

Had my windows cleaned last week and the new window cleaner did an excellent job. Very polite and professional and whenever I contact the company they are always curtious. I am giving them a five star as they deserve it windows cleaned to an excellent standard well done Top dog windows

This company regularly cleaned my windows untill Covid, and when I looked for another window cleaner they were not able to reach the attic window. So this company that I was paying regularly I have to question if they actually ever cleaned the attic window. They were very quick and was good, but as time went on window cleaning was not as good as it was.

This company of window clears are a set of cowboys!... don’t think they know what a good quality clean means. They took my mom’s money who is an old pensioners age 89 and her windows and frames were not satisfactory which we told them. They said that they would re do the back windows but they jumped into their van and drove off!! Would not recommend them to anyone😡

UNPROFESSIONAL AND TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING I initially called this company because of the reviews on Google. I booked window cleaning and driveway for Monday (6th of July) and then I got a text saying they had an opening for Saturday at 10am if that’s okay. I agreed. The man who came for the cleaning was late for the appointment but i wasn't concerned as long as it was done. When he arrived, we discuss possibility of doing other jobs on Monday and he told me it will be done as one job over 2days. I was happy to make payment once confirmed. Anyways, I was busy indoor let him to do his work outside as i assumed he was professional. I paid after the job was done with a promise that he will return on Monday. I then went round to look at the windows and it was still dirty like they literarily splashed water over them. I immediately called the company and they had the guy that cleaned my window call me back and he informs me he didn’t have the right chemicals for cleaning and promised to have the cleaning done on Monday. Since then, i have called (4x) Top dog window a few times to confirm time and they keep telling me “oh, let me check and get back to you” or pass me from one person to another. No reply to the 2 text messages sent to them. At one point, they did not pick my call. I used another number and they picked which made me realise i was being played.

Paid £45 for a first clean including the frames and sills after moving in to a new house. Streaks all over the windows and 3 windows not cleaned at all. All the frames were left still filthy. Contacted them about coming back to re clean or a refund and completely ignored my calls and messages. A disgrace of a company avoid at all costs. Cowboys!
