Toolstation Salisbury

I would buy more from this wholesaler that needs to know my address for a tin of paint. I buy from a retailer M&S , I do not pay in advance and do not divulge my address as I collect. I am told it is for the guarantee, which is what? I am after a tin of paint with a 15 year waterproof guaranteen who is counting ? My information is my business and if their solitary tin is not their tomorrow then over the road to Screwfix and I will find the extra 1p from somewhere . Sell it or keep it.

It's Toolstation. Better than Screwfix. Location is handy and staff a friendly. Would knock a star off as they don't seem to carry nearly as much in stock as they used to available for immediate collection (a lot now has to be ordered in for the next day), which is quite annoying. Screwfix and others are now the same though, and it just seems to be the way the world getting worse, where everything is becoming more expensive and less convenient. Still the best option.

I regularly use Toolstation, I'm not always clued up on what I'm buying but in the Salisbury branch they are always willing to help. Good knowledgeable staff but most of all they are friendly and welcoming(a rare thing these days). This is why I will only use Toolstation and not that other shop across the road, I think it has screw in the name which is ironic.

Excellent service especially during the current Covid-19 lockdown. I ordered some special paint that I couldn't buy anywhere else locally, and within minutes, I received confirmation that my order had not only been acknowledged, but was ready for collection! The management of Social Distancing was exemplary, and I couldn't have asked for better service, especially under the current restrictions. Well done to the Salisbury staff !

I like the range of products, they seem to stock value products to get the job done and then they stock quality tools and hardware to ensure you can consistently get on with job. What I like even more is the service from this Branch, during the Pandemic the gazebo collection point has worked really well and all my interactions with the Staff have always been excellent, cheery and attentive.
