Tom Griffiths Chimney Sweep

Tom and his team done a fantastic Job of installing a new log burner in my property. Attention to detail and cleanliness of work was second to none. They Also went above and beyond to help a neighbor in distress and waited for the an ambulance to arrive for the casualty. Can't thank them enough for the care the showed.

Moved in to a property with a open fire, wasn't sure when it was used last so contacted Tom, He came out pretty quick due to a cancellation, such a lovely guy with amazing service. Extremely clean while cleaning the chimney. Very professional, if I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend Tom Griffiths and have already booked Tom ready for next year. Diolch Tomos 😊

Tom and Tristan were so easy to deal with and very professional. Communication was excellent, they were punctual and did a great job. Friendly whilst getting on with the task in hand, knowledgeable with advice for us wood burner stove newbies and prompt in supplying the appropriate certification afterwards. I would highly recommend this company.

Tom was fantastic as always. Prompt communication, 100% reliable, courteous and thorough. We ran out of oil due to a faulty Watchman which gave a false reading. Tom bled the system, replaced the filter and nozzle and got the heating and hot water back up in no time. Really cannot recommend highly enough, thanks Tom!

Tom is a good man who clearly knows his onions and takes pride in his work. Trystan cleaned our chimney today, he's been taught well by Tom and did a thorough job, asking the right question and leaving the place spotless and tested to be safe. More power to both of them and their work - highly recommended and well liked!
