In particular, Efrain who provided handyman service was fantastic and Imelda in the office was so easy to deal with. Removed a lot of faff dealing with different trades people and no risk of having unexpected costs added to the final invoice. Will use again.

The person who dealt with me on the phone, texts and emails name Imelda was great, made everything very smoothly with care for us, and the plumber she recommended , Nader Abdellaj, installed the unit perfectly and left everything clean and showing great care and attention to installation for my elderly mother-in-law. Efrain was assigned to my job request by Aime at TMT. First of all the management of the job by TMT was fantastic. Quotes drawn up and emailed, followed up by a very polite message telling me that the email was sent. They kept me in the loop the entire time. What time materials are turning up, what time to expect Efrain. So you’re not left wondering. On to Efrain. The first job was to re-grout the entire patio. It’s not small, it takes a good three hours to power hose, to give you an idea. He had to cut out the existing grout with an angle grinder and then regrout. It took three days. He worked tirelessly and meticulously from start to finish - bearing in mind the heatwaves we’ve had, I was so impressed. The end result is amazing. The second job was to prepare the base for a new structure, a minibarn. This involved driving posts into the ground, filling with cement and securing the beams for the base. This was done in one day, 36c heat. The end result is structurally impressive is his work ethic. I will use TMT for any job that needs doing, they are a real find. J
