Always stellar service here and last week was no exception. Rich helped me get a vintage silver case engraved with excellent attention to detail and my shoe clasps repaired ready for the next day when I had to catch a flight. Very greatful for the help - thanks again!

I just wanted to express my gratitude for Mr. Sam, an example of professionalism and customer service!! I m sure Mr. Luke the young chap from the other site in town will have much to learn about customer service from Sam!

Small and very useful shop in a nice setting. Had two keys cut, which worked straight as well as the old ones. The price was right and the person (Steve) provided great service.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND DONT GO HERE! I have went to fix clasp on my watch and got a faulty detail replaced, been refused to give a refund and told that they don’t issue refunds (which is a lie) then managed to get my refund for something that was a faulty pair someone who has called themselves a manager of the shop has shouted at me and threw my watch on the desk for me, later on proceeded to rip the faulty part from my watch and causing it damage to the bracelet. Regional manager just had to say sorry and offer a repair at Timpsons again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AWFUL SERVICE don’t go there to be shouted at by a man who thinks can frighten women and do an awful job!

Thanks to Luke who provided a very prompt and helpful service yesterday sorting out my key fob remote that was getting ever more intermittent and worrying. Sorted in 45mins - excellent.
