Time for You Domestic Cleaning Colchester

Cleaner seriously damaged carpet and company has since failed to put it right. Very disappointing experience and concerning lack of cleaning knowledge and expertise

We've been working with Time for You Cleaning for several years and throughout that period the service we have received from owner Pat has been consistently very good. One thing that has particularly impressed us is how easy Pat is to work with: nothing is too much trouble, he is always accommodating and he acts promptly. He does not micro-manage and leaves it to us to deal directly with the cleaners to negotiate hours and pay rates. On one or two occasions a cleaner has proved not to be up to a consistent standard and at our request he has quickly replaced them. On other occasions when a cleaner has become unavailable for some reason, such as illness or holiday, he has provided a temporary replacement. On top of all this we believe his company offers excellent value for money. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
