I am writing to nominate Colin Jones for recognition following his recent visit to my property to carry out a damp inspection. From the moment he arrived, Colin Jones was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly assess the property, clearly explain his findings, and answer all of my questions in a friendly and reassuring manner. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. I felt confident in his expertise and appreciated the care he showed throughout the visit. I believe Colin Jones is a real credit to your company and deserves recognition for his excellent work and customer service. Thank you Colin

Colin was friendly, efficient and gave clear advice. It’s the second time Colin has helped us with damp problems and we’ve been very satisfied both times.

Colin Jones was very professional and helpful during our meeting . He came up with useful remedies and suggestions regarding the problem and put my mind at ease. A worthwhile exercise.

Colin came out to do a survey on our damp issue. He was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The conversation was also very informative and really put my mind at ease. Also a genuinely lovely person to speak with. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Colin Jones came out to inspect an issue in my kitchen today. He was very helpful and informative, explaining the issue clearly and explaining the work that would need to be done to resolve it. He explained the next steps. He certainly put my mind at rest. I really like the 'introductory flyer' sent to introduce the surveyor who would be attending the appointment - really nice touch, Timberwise! I await the report and hope to move forward getting the problem fixed!
