Thorokleen

I couldn't praise this company enough. From the minute they answered the phone, they listened and provided honest answers and honest prices. They visited the same day and provided a reasonable affordable quote. They came the next day and cleaned my carpet. I am really pleased with the finish condition of my carpet and the speed with which they carried it out. Matt was very approachable, explaining how the cleaning process worked and left my house tidy and clean. I would thoroughly recommend them

Service is very good, for a fair price. Mike and Rav, are whizz around our development, like they were on medication, and the residents enjoy their presence also. Thorokleen have looked after us for a number of years, and I am very happy with their service.

I rent from a housing association that have used thorokleen for years, i have had to complain so many times for the poor quality of work, that bad, it sometimes looks like they haven't actually been, i live in a flat and the communal hallway looks like they skipped ours sometimes it's that bad. One complaint should be enough to reflect future work but i have had to complain several times and provide images. Ironic really considering the company name. Need to ensure all staff attending actually attend and have an idea of what needs to be carried out... saying you will do a better job next week is not helpful for people that pay a weekly service fee regardless for failed work!

They clean to a very poor standard!
