Thompkins security ltd

Chris and his team were called last minute to add a little piece of mind to our school prom. They were extremley friendly and accomodating, his wealth of advice was invaluable. His team were amazing with the students and even offered the extra skills of being first aid trained complete with a full kit. Both Chris and his team are extremely professional and we would highly recommend.

Chris has been involved in providing the security at our events for many years. Chris has always provided staff who not just focus on security, but also provide a welcoming environment and have excellent communication skills, which is a trait that not all companies have. Their approach has always been customer focus and carry out their role in a positive and friendly manner. There has been a couple of occasions when Chris's team have had to intervene and defuse arguments, that could have lead to physical altercations. I witnessed one incident where they had to remove individuals, who were fighting amongst themselves. This was done in a swift and professional manner, ensuring no one else was hurt and they used least amount of force necessary to deal with the incident. I would highly recommend Thompkins Security.

Chris and his team of SIA qualified staff are an asset to any surrounding. Our staff feel secure and any information needed for both parties is passed on regularly. Communication is key in this business and Chris and his team do that effectively. Can recommend, every time.

I have been very pleased with the quality and professionalism of the door staff supplied to my venue since switching to Thompkins Security earlier in the year. A great company!

The service they provide is excellent and Chris, the chief exec and managing director runs his team very professionally and we will continue to use their amazing service
