Careful. Terrible company. Keep changing their names throughout the years due to bad reputation. Disrespectful, no communication with tenants and always do as they please. No respect for their tenants. Coming in n out the house and sending people in without giving prior notice. Entering people's bedroom without notice. Very argumentative and never apologised for anything. All the tenants I lived with weren't happy at all. Wish I had read the reviews before renting with them. Just please watch out wouldn't want anyone else to deal with them.

The property hub have been brilliant with me and I’m very happy with their service. I viewed a property to move into last Tuesday via spare rooms, Antonia was very helpful and kind. I did my referencing checks with them, and now have a move in date. The company have always been very prompt to reply to any emails sent. Thank you

No communication past moving in, company regularly rebrands to avoid criticism, gave my deposit to a person who wasn't paying any of the rent, claimed ti have paid it back though i saw none of the money as the bill payer. Previously Tyrer and hart, before that John Parry estates. Vile company, expect damp and mould.

Mention Phone number is not working so don't expect they will call you back. No response for any email, They have interest in only taking commission from rent adding +VAT also sending maintenance bills.

Not happy one bit put a holding deposit down now I'm getting blanked anything for the money with these
