D2 Joinery, Construction & Fire Doors

I contacted D2 Joinery & Construction after a fire door inspection identified remedial work required on my flat entrance door, and I was very impressed with Danny’s service from start to finish. From my initial enquiry, Danny was extremely helpful and professional. Rather than simply recommending a generic fire-rated door closer, he took the time to check the identification and certification details on my existing fire door and obtain the relevant technical information to make sure the correct compatible closer was used. Arranging the work was straightforward, and when Danny and his colleague attended, they were friendly, professional and took great care with the work. During the repair, they uncovered an additional fire-stopping issue around the door frame which could not have been seen during the original visual inspection. Danny explained the problem clearly and dealt with it immediately and professionally. Afterwards, he provided a detailed remedial report with photographic evidence and also contacted my building management company directly regarding the additional issue he had discovered. The whole process gave me a lot of confidence that the work was being done properly rather than simply completing the minimum required. The price was very reasonable for the level of service, expertise and aftercare provided. Excellent service from start to finish and definitely good value for money. I would happily recommend Danny and D2 Joinery & Construction.

After a few initial niggles the job is now complete and I am extremely pleased with the results. The tradesmen were polite, punctual and extremely good at what they do. 5 stars from me and no hesitation recommending their services yo anyone. Many thanks.
