I turned up at short notice and Penny was very helpful and said come back in 30 minutes and I'll remove your ear wax. So I came back 40 minutes later and she carried out the wax removal quickly and professionally as the wax in both ears was very large. She was friendly, extremely proficient and professional.

1st time visiting the hearing hub today and I had Penny looking after me. I had used Earol for a few days before but it didn’t quite do the job so Penny needed to use a mix of water and suction to get my ears sorted. The process was smooth and Penny kept me informed throughout and also had a fancy camera and showed me the inside of my ear halfway through. Id definitely recommend using olive oil / earol for at least 4 days before visiting. Penny was fantastic and I’ll definitely be back when the time comes, overall a really good experience. Can definitely recommend. 👍
