The Car Wash Company Bath

Should be 0 star… Absolutely shocking experience. I paid for a full wash and an extra £30 leather clean, and my car was returned in a worse state than when I dropped it off. Still visibly dirty, grime left all over, and the leather clean clearly wasn’t done at all — I genuinely don’t know what I paid for. It gets worse. I was told they’d be there until 4pm, but when I returned, the place was closed and completely unattended. My car had been left with the keys unsecured, which is not only unprofessional but seriously irresponsible. That alone should be a huge red flag to anyone considering using this place. When I did interact with staff earlier, they were rude, dismissive, and clearly had no interest in doing a proper job or resolving issues. Zero accountability, zero customer care. This is hands down one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Paying to have your car cleaned and getting it back dirtier — while being treated poorly and having your vehicle left insecure — is beyond unacceptable. Avoid at all costs. There are far better, more trustworthy options in Bath.

Really disappointed with the car clean I had yesterday. Persuaded to have the most expensive inside and outside clean - for £10 off and cash - the car was cleaned on the outside and definitely better than before inside, hoovered, dusted etc but so many areas left out of the clean - cup holders, the boot, glove compartment. Feels like I was intentionally ripped off by being asked to pay cash. I would appreciate an email address for someone at the company to contact. Thanks.

Yesterday the weather was beautiful and sunny, so I decided to refresh my car and stopped by this car wash service. The guy there seemed very polite and friendly. I paid £35 for the platinum service and was told to come back in two hours. When I returned, they asked me to check the car to see if I was satisfied. I only gave it a quick look because the lighting there was really poor, making it hard to inspect properly. I did notice a stain, but the staff member told me it couldn’t be removed. Surprisingly, when I got home and used a damp cloth, I was able to remove it very easily. I was really disappointed with the service. There were still visible dirt marks on the front windshield, and I honestly don’t understand what they had been doing during the two hours I left my car there. I would strongly recommend that others do their research before using this service—it seems like they just do a very superficial clean.

Really really bad! Paid £30 for a platinum wash and the car wasn’t cleaned properly! After about 10mins on pointing out the dirt still on the car, I gave up, but there were parts of the car that were just as dirty as when I gave it to be washed, like the light bar at the back! AVOID! Happy to outline the issues, but please do let me know if you want additional information on any part. - When we gave our car to be washed around 11:00 - there were no other cars to be washed, just 2 guys standing around - I asked for a simple outside clear, but they said they do not offer any packages below the platinum, so was already paying more than I wanted to - Told them I’m in no rush so they could spend their time on it, but did say need it done by around 3pm - plenty of time with no queue - Got back to the car around 3pm (atill very quiet) and began to notice there was still a lot of dirt on the side sills and roof, which I pointed out, they said it couldn’t be removed, but I asked them to try, and the dirt came off pretty easily around the sills. - At this point, I realised there was actually just too much missed dirt to point out, so I gave up telling them and paid the £30 thinking what a waste of money! - We took the car to parking spot as we still had some shopping to do, when I opened the boot I noticed the light bar on the bumper hadn’t even been touched - I actually wiped it with a tissue and I wish I took a picture of that tissue - it was black after wiping just that little section! - I was tempted to take it back to them, but just didn’t think they would actually clean any further. My wife even thought they might 2 randoms pretending to work for your company to con people - it was that bad!!! - In addition, I noticed on the drive home when it started to rain, they had put some oil based cleaning products on the windscreen (I’m not expert, but I know that is the opposite of what you should use, as you want to remove oil), making it blur when using the wipers - both annoying and dangerous! I read some other reviews when I thought I want to leave the feedback and wished I read them before as there is so much negative feedback similar to what I experienced! Regards, Ajay

Omg, I can't even tell my wife how much I had spent for this car wash, never mind what service I received. Firstly, this is not a dirty car, some dirt yes. I have a low threshold to wash it. We have owned it from new since June 23, only 4200 miles. I paid extra product coating for the inside and outside of the car, and I wash it regularly when the weather is good. It's easy to wash it. Today, I took our daughter to the library and then to a booked class in Paulton at 1 pm. I thought I had a great idea to have the car cleaned inside and out whilst parked at Southgate. I had been told cash is better since the signal can be temperamental for cashless transactions. However I didn't have a bank card on me, but they managed with a card machine without issues. I paid for a diamond service, to say dissatisfied is a massive understatement. The car is not even cleaned, I was hoping that it get a nice coat of wax!! Can you please explain what is your business model? What I paid £60 for? I didn't have time to check the car before leaving the car park and ask questions, my daughter was tired and due a nap in the car, we left in a hurry. Cobwebs still by the wing mirror, interior centre console hasn't been cleaned, boot hasn't been cleaned, the rear bumper, the black trim is also scratched badly.. Etc you can see the photos.
