I contacted Thamesway Facilities to arrange a quote for an outdoor stairlift for my father, and I was very pleased with the service we received. The team was professional, responsive, and understanding of our needs from the outset. They took the time to explain the available options and provided a clear, detailed quotation without any pressure. Communication was excellent throughout, and they made what could have been a stressful process much easier.
