T K Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

I cannot recommend this company highly enough, absolutely brilliant from the start. Paul their engineer is brilliant, a total professional who is also a good laugh and likes biscuits. Such a lovely team at the office as well and can’t wait for Paul to come back and install upstairs.

Recommended by neightbours for an installation of an air conditioning unit to our bedroom. We were impressed by the speed of response, competitive price and excellent installation by Paul, the fitter, leaving no waste packing or general waste whatsoever. Highly recommended!

We have an ongoing fault with our heating/cooling system (not the fault of TKR) and I wish to share how incredibly helpful and fantastic the team have been. We had an emergency occur last night and after calling at 11pm have received a team of 2 at 8.45am this morning. This company is faultless and highly highly recommended. Our first contact with Tim the owner (who has also turned up today), Tim the first engineer and their specialist Paul has reminded me what a company can be. Thank you Tim and your team. We really appreciate your hard work and thank you for helping us. Great staff and great company.

This Company is totally amazing. Their teamwork between the office staff and engineers is very professional in every way. Communication with the customer you cannot fault, always doing their best for them to be kept updated all the way through the job. A serious problem had occurred with our a/c/heating system through no fault of theirs and the whole situation was resolved in a week. Good work Guys, thanks to the whole team at TKR.
