Mitchell's (Gloucester) Ltd

A very efficient and clean install of smart heaters for our village hall. Thank you Mitchell's

Absolutely brilliant. We had a fairly big domestic installation (3 indoor units, 2 outdoor) with complicated factors to do with fitting in with other work. The Mitchell’s team couldn’t have been better: really neat job, and they found very ingenious ways of making the installation essentially invisible. Couldn’t recommend them more strongly. Thank you Mitchell’s.

Mitchells (Gloucester) provided a quick and professional service when recently carrying out gas boiler servicing at 2 of our service stations and have been for the last 4 years

Waiting nearly 2 weeks for someone to come and fix our air con and when someone turns up to fix it they complained to my colleague that there was nowhere outside to park and if he parked one street down he would have to carry his kit. He left without a word and didn't come back. I called Mitchells and the first lady was lovely and apologised and put me on hold. I then talked to a second lady who was very rude saying "well he cant get in the car park with his van and on our street he would get a ticket which would come out of his own pocket" I said "well how does that work then? Do we have to go to another company"? (bearing in mind we have used them before for servicing several times) The lady said "yes, you can if you want to"!!!! This is not customer service and YES I do want to. We will not be using this company again.

Absolutely great. Feel we really need to support small businesses as much as we can.
