Last night your staff had blocked off Saunders road to get to the train station. I explained that I am disabled and have problems walking. Ricky I believe his name is, said prove it. There’s nothing wrong with me he said. My phone was dead otherwise I would’ve shown my blue badge. He also then hid his name badge so I couldn’t get his name. I’m very frustrated at the situation, not every disability it visible, even though I’ve got a noticeable limp. You should consider some disability training for your staff.
