Superdrug

Wells Superdrug was the best Superdrug I've been in. I asked a member of staff a question, and she was so helpful, I ended up speaking to a few of the women that work there. Everyone was happy and friendly, and I found what I was looking for 👍 I will return.

Very dissatisfied as their policy is not to refund a product that has caused a problem. They only refund for their own brand! Bought two oral B toothpastes and they caused blistering to tongue and lips. They weren't concerned about this as they just wanted to be able to resell the products! They refunded one box of unopened oral B but not the opened one. I explained politely that the only way to know that this would cause damage to tongue and lips was to open it and use it but still no sympathy or apology. Policies can be changed and sympathy costs nothing? They said that if they contacted oral B that they would be ignored??!! I doubt that but they then said that I should write to oral B and complain? It felt like they couldn't be bothered to help a customer as it was too much trouble. Knowing what the product did to me they just wanted to resell it. I have returned the whitening toothpaste to oral B which cost £9.99 and await their reply. In Boots that day they were selling it for £5.99! Superdrug won't be visited again because of their lack of help or sympathy and this is a shame but I'm only one customer and it won't affect them knowing this I fear?

This store is well stocked and presented really well. I think the store is a run by someone called Louise . She is always friendly and helpful. This reflects on the staff. Who are all wonderful and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Always putting the customer 1st. Keep up the good work. You can't please everyone!!!!

The staff are really hit or miss here. Some are friendly and professional, but the blonde girl at checkout was really rude to me and I have no idea why... I can only assume from her vibe that it might have something to do with my wearing a mask. Some people are immunocompromised or still concerned about long-COVID! Stop being so judgemental, please.

A well presented store. The staff here were not as helpful as in other stores. Maybe staff in Wells need to realise they are dealing with the general public and come down from their own pedestals.
