Super House Cleaning Services

Unfortunately, I’m forced to leave one star, as zero stars isn’t an option. After carrying out a thorough inspection following our end-of-tenancy clean, we found several areas that had been missed or cleaned to a very poor standard. These included the tops of walls and ceilings, the area above the kitchen boiler, and the inside of cupboards and compartments in the small bedroom, among other areas. When we raised these concerns, we were asked to provide photos. However, by that stage it was too late for the issues to be rectified, as we had already been forced to complete the cleaning ourselves due to time constraints. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of attention to detail and the fact that the standard of work fell well below what would reasonably be expected from an end-of-tenancy clean. We trusted that the service would be carried out thoroughly and professionally, but unfortunately that was not our experience. It also appeared that the cleaner was in a rush to leave and unwilling to properly check the work before departing. When this was raised, he stated that he had limited time because he had another booking afterwards and could not do his best. This gave the impression that taking on multiple jobs was prioritised over delivering quality service. We were also concerned to discover that the team brought to complete the job appeared to consist of his young children, despite the service initially being presented as being carried out by an experienced professional team. The quality of the work reflected this lack of professionalism. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this service

Don’t let the AI photos put you off- Yunus and his company are legit and do fantastic work. He cleaned my oven, blinds, door sills, bathrooms, bins- you name it and it was cleaned and hoovered and mopped. All my rooms and bathrooms are sparkling. He even cleaned out my fridge and the crisper drawer! Would use again, worth the expense. Thanks Yunus!

Reliable, high-quality cleaning services. Marie has been helping to keep our home clean over regular fortnightly sessions and clearly takes pride in doing a great job while being incredibly considerate. Communicating and liaising with Yunus has also been great. We really appreciate the can-do attitude, helpfulness, speed, and efficiency when it comes to addressing any requests and issues. Overall, we're happy with the results and always look forward to getting our home in tip top condition!

I recently hired Super House Cleaning Services to clean my house on short notice, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only were they incredibly cost-efficient, but their attention to detail was impeccable. From the floors to the ceiling, every corner of my home sparkled after their visit. I highly recommend Super House Cleaning Services to anyone in need of reliable and thorough cleaning services.

I am so glad I chose them to do our cleaning. Deep clean done today and what a difference it made, absolutely fantastic level of service and great communication too. They should not be your first choice, but your only choice.
