One of the worst companies.... Totally unethical. Questionable company. Steer clear. Surprised they are still operating. If there is a lower rating score than 1, they are in triple digit, negative numbers and that's generous.

Just remembered that I couldn't find my way home couple of days ago at Waterloo train station, and I'd tell you what... Bedi, one of the guys that works there was very friendly helping me out, which station to get on for the right train ect... thanks again man! I hope you're okay if you're seeing this mate :)) You're a legend like all the others who helped me for direction on that day!❤❤❤

0* this bogus company is disgusting do not work for them. Very unprofessional and unorganized. They deserve to be shut down. They will call you on your day off to ask you to work. Management is so poor. Went to two days induction which is unpaid. At the interview stage they give you a consent form to sign regarding your uniform, do not sign it because if you do they will fine you if you don't return your uniform when you leave the company. Shift schedulers will not listen to you. Absolute disgrace. Do not waste your time with them.

Your staff are useless!! Due to an overhead wire trains to Clacton-on-Sea been cancelled so I just tried to change my ticket to southend at Brentwood station, your staff Banik told me he can't do it and I should go to romford, when I've told him he can do it he start shouting and telling me he can't do it as he doesn't know how to do it as he haven't been trained by STM group to do it. You shouldn't hire imcopented people and not provide them enough training as you're wasting our time!!
