I had a very positive experience using St James’. Steve and Matthew were incredibly welcoming, reassuring, and informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making the whole process straightforward and stress-free. The location is also fantastically convenient, making access really easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a secure, professional, and friendly service.

I was a customer of St James’ Safe Deposit for more than 10 years, but my experience on 5 June at approximately 12:30pm was so disappointing that I decided to close my account immediately. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I had experienced difficulties obtaining assistance. A similar issue occurred during a previous visit, although the way I was treated on this occasion was far more unacceptable. During my visit, I asked the receptionist if someone could help retrieve my safe deposit box because it was stored too high for me to reach safely. In the past, staff had assisted customers in similar situations. However, I was told that nobody could help and that I should bring a tall person with me. Given my age and mobility difficulties, I found this response unreasonable, insensitive and completely lacking in customer care. What upset me most was the attitude of the receptionist. Rather than showing any understanding or attempting to help, he was rude, dismissive and confrontational. When I expressed my disappointment, he told me that I was welcome to close my account if I was unhappy. After more than 10 years as a loyal customer, I found this response shocking and deeply disrespectful. Good customer service is about treating customers with courtesy, respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience demonstrated the exact opposite. The fact that a similar issue had occurred before makes this even more concerning. As a result of this incident, I closed my account on the same day. I hope management will review any available CCTV footage and investigate this matter thoroughly, as no customer—especially an elderly customer or someone with mobility difficulties—should be treated in this manner. I would welcome a response from management regarding this incident and the steps being taken to prevent it from happening to others.

Been customer for many years. Staff in general are professional and have good attitude. Yesterday Matthew was helpful in additional locker. Will continue to use and recommend.

Matthew was amazing from the moment I called to the moment I stepped in, he was very thorough, offered me The perfect box and we looked at others, the demonstration was very diligent and a very genuine and authentic guy, the customer service I received was 5 star and it is something that is missing in the modern day

The experience was very seamless. Steven gave enough time and explained everything very well. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.
