We’ve now had two mock inspections carried out by Tanya from SRG Limited, and once again the experience has been excellent. Tanya was brilliant throughout — professional, knowledgeable, thorough and extremely helpful. The whole process was constructive and gave us valuable feedback and reassurance. I also want to mention Bekki, the Customer Relationship Manager, who has been fantastic. She was incredibly helpful with arranging and rescheduling our inspection dates when they clashed with the birth of my daughter. Her flexibility and understanding were really appreciated. The final report was returned very promptly and was detailed, clear and extremely useful. We were very pleased with the whole service from start to finish.
