Sparkletastic Cleaners

I have had such a good experience using Claire’s business for regular house cleaning. This has helped take the mental load off of me and her cleaners are such lovely and friendly individuals who do a great job.

I have been using Sparkletastic since Jan 26 I am really happy and the girls do a great job. Very friendly and polite and a bit of a laugh! Totally recommend Spatkletastic! The owner great communication and so easy to make payment! 💛💛

I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. My partner was very anxious about new people coming into the house and was worried about being judged for the mess, but they were incredibly kind and reassuring and put her at ease straight away. They were professional, friendly, and worked to an amazing standard. The house is spotless — genuinely immaculate.

Fantastic cleaning service in Peterborough. Lovely staff, great communication & flexibility. Cleaning is to a high standard

Cannot recommend this company. Communication between the owner and the cleaners is lacking. There is always confusion on date, time and cleaner coming. Last minute changes and cancellations. Quality of the clean was inconsistent. There is always an excuse as to why a change of date and time is needed or there is a last minute cancellation. I rearranged two days this week for Carla, confirmed she was coming this morning and she was a no show. Last clean I came Home to the rubbish sitting on the patio, with the dog getting into it. I’ve come home to the head of the Hoover left on my clean unmade mattress. The cleaner said they receive no information from Claire, who is the owner. So, we take time to give our preferences and where things are and nothing is communicated to the cleaner. Go elsewhere, unless you have the time to clean up after the cleaner and deal with cancellations and no shows. We gave Carla 4 chances to work out the kinks.
