I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaner. They arrived much earlier than the agreed time and expected to be let in immediately, which disrupted my day. When they eventually returned at a more appropriate time, they were still late and did not communicate clearly about scheduling. During the visit, they repeatedly asked me to leave my own home so they could clean, even after I clearly stated that I would be staying. This felt unprofessional and made the situation uncomfortable. I was also unhappy with the quality of the work. The bathroom was left in a worse condition than before, and items from my kitchen were removed despite me giving clear instructions on what should and should not be touched. When I raised this, I was initially told the items had been thrown away, but they were later brought back from the van. Overall, I felt my time, space, and instructions were not respected. The service fell well below expectations, and I would not use this cleaner again.

Great cleaning service—professional, punctual, and very thorough. They paid attention to detail and left everything spotless. Slight delay in timing, but the quality made up for it. Would definitely recommend.kudos

Terrible cleaners. Unprofessional. Arrived too early then expected me to change my booking time had them clean one room and let my toilet dirty. Used my toilet without asking (i don’t mind but have the courtesy to ask first) but left the door open halfway while using it? Kept asking when I was going to leave the property when I clearly stated before booking I would be there the whole time. He thew out things that cost loads of money when I had sent him a video and explained what I had wanted him to do and what I had wanted thrown out. Quite frankly there’s a lot of lack of common sense now I have to spend even more money to replace things he had ‘thrown out’. I’ll be frank there was also an expensive china set thrown out which I believe to have not at all actually been in the trash. When I had questioned him he had said he threw it out and said he’d get it back, he did get it back with not even a scratch on it. If you know china sets you know they are delicate and would’ve been broken especially with loads of other bags being on top of it. I question the truth. I had mason jars brand new and packaged also ‘thrown out’. Anyone with 2 brain cells would’ve put them somewhere safe. I question where they really are. I will not be booking again not worth the hassle. Completely unprofessional and also kept using my expensive cleaning products. As a cleaning company I expect you to use your own. I’m already spending enough money on the service the replacing items thrown out now my cleaning products too, what a joke
