Sparkle Sparkle

Avoid this company. I arranged Sparkle Sparkle to come out to deep clean an empty property, following the passing of a relative, in preparation for it being painted and going on the market. They charged £243 for a 3 bed semi. When I walked into the property following the so called deep clean, it genuinely did not look like it had been touched. I took many pictures documenting the mess left. Skirting boards were not touched, inside windows not cleaned, bathroom floors still dirty, cobwebs everywhere. I can't work out what the 3 cleaners actually did. It was a very straight forward clean, the house was pretty much empty., I sent photos to the company to complain and they said they would send cleaners back out, however because there was a painter organised for a few days after, they refused to come back to the property. They have since ignored my messages requesting a partial refund. I had to pay another company to come out and deep clean the place before it was put up for sale. I am taking this further. A dreadful company, avoid like the plague.

Hi there, just wanted to give a quick feedback. Jackie and Rob did an AMAZING job. I am very please and super grateful to Sparkle Sparkle for making my home sparkle ✨👍🏽. Would highly recommend. Thanks once again, Olufunso

Poor experience today. I arranged a flat clean prior to new tenants moving in. The flat was I. A reasonable condition so not a hard clean. I had not negotiated windows so I arrived with my own equipment to do this, however on arrival the girls told me that they would also clean the windows, including the lower inside as my windows swing inwards. I did the upper part then left them to it. After I left they called to say they would not be able to do this work after all. I therefore came back to do this myself meaning I also had to further clean behind myself as I was now making a mess of otherwise cleaned areas. The girls finished much earlier than anticipated. I needed to clean all my window surrounds myself as these were not done. The girls insisted they had finished despite leaving woodwork I cleaned, and kitchen surfaces only partially wiped. I went over several areas after they left. The toilet and carpets were also less clean than anticipated. I will not be using sparkle sparkle for my next clean. Very unsatisfied.

Fantastic job done today for my property which included a kitchen clean/deep clean of the oven and bathroom clean. No issues whatsoever and would happily instruct this business for my cleaning needs and will do in the future!

Booked an 'End of Tenancy' clean which cost £250 as added a few extras like inside fridge clean and oven clean. There were so many things missed (which I never got to check myself until the next day). The light fittings weren't dusted or cleaned. Kitchen worktops were still sticky and covered in crumbs. Tiles were still splashed with food. The wood floors had not been cleaned as still had milk stains that my toddler had caused. Carpets were not hoovered. Even with the oven clean add on, there was still melted cheese inside! Shelves hadn't been dusted or wiped down. The overall clean of the bathrooms were not worth the money paid. I contacted the company to complain and was only offered a revisit which was impossible as we gave the keys away to the property the next day! We were left to scrub and hoover the place last minute after paying a large amount of money. Very dissapointing and poor service. Would absolutely avoid!
