Sparkle and Shine Cleaning company

Very bizarre experience - they cancelled on me last minute due to 'car troubles' - no problem, all rearranged for the following day at 11am. I am sat here writing this at 11:30am, they have not turned up and have also blocked me on Facebook and Whatsapp so I cannot message?! Not sure what I've done wrong but presume the blocking is so I can't leave a bad review on Facebook. Would not recommend if you're looking for someone reliable who will actually turn up!

Mike and the team are great - thorough, friendly and very reliable. They take great care with our house and are flexible in what needs doing each week. They respond quickly to messages and are such a pleasure to deal with. Their attention to detail is fantastic and we have been really impressed with every clean.

Sparkle and shine cleaning helped us with our swap over student letting season this year! They were brilliant and very accommodating with our time changes! Cleans were good and didn’t have any come back from the new tenants! Would recommend :)

We hired Sparkle & Shine to clean our hotel. Initial the cleaning was good but the quality dropped. They constantly left fire extinguishers propping open doors and they way they made the beds was lacklustre to say the least. They quit via email with no notice when we were already short handed. Very unprofessional.

Bob, Mike and the team are fab. They are thorough with their cleaning and pay attention to detail. They get on with the job with no concerns. The company are very reliable and friendly, they are adaptable if things need changing and reply quickly to any messages. Would definitely recommend them!
