M.K. Floortec Services Ltd.

I would like to say a big thank you to MK Floortec staff. I took two vacuums in for repair, one was a cable machine and the other a battery operated one. Both were repaired and serviced within a couple of days. All done for almost half the cost of buying a new one, which could possibly have a computer in it that would probably be un-repairable. Many thanks

Bought a few vacuums from them now. Fantastic service. Staff are always very friendly and happy to help. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing service! Took our 12-year old Henry in after it suddenly stopped working. Delivered it at 3pm on a Thursday - it was fixed & ready for pickup by lunchtime the next day. In fact, I received the call letting me know the diagnosis and cost before I even arrived home on Thursday. Super fast and super friendly. Can't recommend MK highly enough. We now have once again a Happy Henry!

Amazing service! Our dog chewed through the wire of our shark hoover and so I dropped it off at M K Floortec late afternoon for repair. It was fixed and ready by 10:30am the following day good as new! So pleased! Thanks for an amazing service

I can’t recommend M.K. Floor Services Ltd in Sheffield highly enough! I rang up about a problem with my hoover and spoke to the owner’s son, who straight away had a good idea what the issue might be. I’d assumed it was something much more serious (and expensive!) to fix. I took the hoover into the shop that same day, and by the next morning I had a call from the engineer confirming it was exactly what the son had suspected. The repair cost was extremely reasonable, and they told me I could collect it whenever suited me. To be honest, I missed having my hoover, so I popped back that same afternoon to collect it. What stood out for me was not just their knowledge and skill, but the way they treat customers. It’s rare these days to find a business that combines real expertise with such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. They were friendly, honest, and genuinely cared about helping rather than overcharging. I’ve already told friends and family about them, and I’ll definitely be going back for any future repairs. If you want professional service you can trust, I’d absolutely recommend giving them a call.
