Sovereign Property Services Ltd

Currently reporting this company and their directors to companies house. Booking contractors to carry out works and then shutting down the ltd company shortly after telling our accounts dept not to worry as they'll be setup and operating under a new company name soon is borderline criminal behaviour. To think that they work in the NHS supply chain is comical.... This needs to be investigated. Avoid as a contractor and as a client.

Treated my home like a building site, they do not have a get it right first time culture. They left working radiators outside in the rain. They didn't use dust sheets. All of the work was shoddy and they had to be called out many times to fix errors. Avoid this company if you want a good job done quickly. Even 1 star is too high.

I just put one star because otherwise I couldn't leave review. Disgusting experience, dirty job, not time Keepers, no pride in their work whatsoever. The list: broken tiles around the sockets and they put it together withg super glue. They laid vynil floor on an uneven floor : 12mm deep in a 50cm2 area. Since 10 days ago the grout filler is falling. For 6 days I had sockets out of the wall by 1 inch (I have two little children at home). The hose for the dishwasher was left facing a shelf with 3mbm space for the hose to attach there. Visit their website and enjoy the view, because, my experience tells me, it is just that: The view because the practice is far worse. And if they have been that good with other works maybe they just discriminate people in housing association. but if this is the case, maybe just not do it could be a solution. I reserved myself the right to think what I want upon being ignored by the supervisor of the company

Flat above me had boiler work yesterday afternoon 4/6/21 15.40pm . Workman allowed the boiler flue pipe to fall down onto my car. No apologies or even bothered to tell me. Guess couldn't be bothered to use a piece of string & wood or get his ladder off the van. Could have cut somebody's head badly. Will be taking this matter up .

Absolute disgrace company took 50 k off my sons disabled facilities grant and recked the house uses poor quality doors, very rude, not coming back to sort out what they messed up,leaking roof lantern, also because of the concrete/drains being too high up higher than my existing floor inside caused severe flooding not owning up to thier mess ups refusing to come back DO NOT USE TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND POOR QUALITY AND SERVICE BEWARE.....DO NOT JUDGE BY THIER COVER NOT WHAT THEY SEEM
