Smart Property Care. The Smart choice for all your property maintenance needs

I’ve just had some work finished by Smart Property Services, I’ve been so impressed with them from beginning to end. Steve ( who owns the company) gave me a free survey, he explained everything fully to me , and even gave me cheaper options before the more expensive ones , he made it clear that I could have as much or as little done as I wanted , there was no pressure at all. The three men that work for him ( Mike , Jay & Luke ) were absolutely lovely to deal with , they were all really respectful of me & my home & even my dog ! They made every effort to make sure that they cleared up properly & that I was happy with everything they were doing , they were all a pleasure to have in my home. I would not hesitate to recommend this company !!!

Recently had some severe damp dealt with by Smart Property Care. They came and gave me a no obligation quote and we decided to go ahead. The team were very friendly, tidy, arrived when they said they would and we are over the moon with the work they've done. Would definitely use them again if we ever needed to. Thank you!

Steve, Jay and Luke were polite and professional when they repaired, insulated and damp proofed a badly damp-damaged series of interior walls in my home and rendered the exteiror wall. They were quick, tidy and fairly priced. I couldn't be happier with the work they did and the finish on the skim was impeccable.

Steve and his team did an excellent job renovating my kitchen. The quality and service were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I would recommend Steve and Smart Property Care wholeheartedly . I had a small damp problem by back door going on for years. Steve responded promptly, came out quickly and immediately diagnosed the problem. He is always smart and punctual. Luke, who did the work is a great young man. Took great care, cleaned up all the time, checked and rechecked his work. Very polite.
